This conference took place in Norway’s oil capital, Stavanger. About 130

During his visit to Norway, Eilif Trondsen gave a presentation to BI on eLearning Trends, Developments, & Issues: Views from my Silicon Valley Perch.
- Leadership & Performance Futures 2006 Workshop

Eilif Trondsen, director of SRIC-BI's Learning-on-Demand (LoD) program, will facilitate the Technology in Leadership Development workshop in London, England, this fall. This session is one of two workshops of Leadership & Performance Futures 2006 "on key leadership, performance and learning topics impacting employers today."
The highly interactive one-day workshop is limited to 80 participants, who will hear four presentations and participate in discussions of best practices and new ideas for leadership development and come away with an increased understanding of this exciting new area to develop or expand current corporate policy. LoD clients will find that the workshop expands on the Use of Technology in Leadership Development report that LoD published earlier this year.
