SRIC-BI GeoVALS™ Data License Agreement
Purchase of GeoVALS™ data constitutes a license agreement. A GeoVALS license is a perpetual license for the data on the CD or in the electronic files that we will send to you. The individual or company purchasing the data agrees that the data are not for resale.
The individual or business purchasing GeoVALS data agrees not to use the names of SRIC-BI, VALS™, or GeoVALS™, either express or implied, in any advertising or sales promotional material. In the event of distribution outside the purchasing organization of any report using GeoVALS data, the data must include the following:

The individual or business purchasing GeoVALS data agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold SRIC-BI, its officers, shareholders, directors, agents, representatives, and employees harmless from any liability to any third party resulting directly or indirectly from the use of said data.
